work on the photos in the night, some are good, some are better, some are.... well, where would we be without those?
bad sleep, the sound of tyres and motorcars passing on the south Circular road, one of the longest roads in Dublin
Then sleep, sleep, untill eight fifteen. That is the thing, finally exhaustion sets in. Sleep with the mask on at home tonight, look forward to that.
Get up, clothes on, breakfast, salty rashers fatty egg and a tomato. Such is life. Chat with the woman who runs the place. Arrange for this that and the other, pay the bill.
The kitchen, and the breakfast room, were full of smoke, fatty smoke, no ventilator, she opens the door to let the smell out and the fresh cold air in, freezing draught about the legs. Think of the work to be done cleaning up the residues of the week, the work that does not get seen, the work that has to be put in the first charges or it will never be paid for.
Up in the room itself, pack away my clothes, do this blogging after looking at a few more pictures. The uncertainity of never knowing exactly what the customer expects, after dodging all the barriers that the same has put in your way.
They are not bad, and very detailed.
The sun is out, and a walk is in order.
After all, the work is done now.
Not complete, but done.
