The beep of the alarm clock, reach over and press the silence-button. that is that. git up, go to the bathroom, run the water through the shower until it is warm. Wash the hair,wash the feet, then at the sink shave the stubble away, brush the teeth. All finished.
sit and wait for the sound of the bells for half past. Ding. Dong-Two bells, half past five. The alley is bright, and free of traffic. There is a new bakery at the town gate, yet another. The ground outside is covered with white and yellow pieces of burst balloons, waiting for the street sweepers.
Dolores is dressed in black. Today, she says "good morning". And so to board the bus, that is the same as every day. At the station, a blue skip beside the entrance, and the smoker with his hat, pigtail showing out at the back. It is a straw hat, a summer hat go to the bakery, the bakery is chaotic, Muller bakery, all that is needed is a coffee.
