Slushy soggy snow everywhere. Walk on the street, because the footpath has already been treated with salt, and is really wet.
The food delivey vans are everywhere, it is monday, everyone is armed with umbrellas, all of the three people on the street.
The good morning body at the bus stop, and the bus is late. A passing group of umbrella wielders raise their weapons as they pass to avoid injuring others. The snow is now pouring down in huge soggy flakes.Small vehicles with orange lights and snow shields arrive on scene and start pushing the slush about, salting.
The bus arrives, ten minutes late.

Find a seat opposite a man with a strang badge on his shoulder. Looks like a police badge but has "Ice Crew" written on it. A statement of fact probably.
