Awaken early, better now.
Tinnitus nowummimus, minimal now, well less than all day yesterday.
A hiss like a gas tap, like a gas cooker.
shave, eyoy the new blades on the shaving machine, they cut without scratching.
The cat is attentive and friendly.
On the way to the bus stop in the theatre street, a flight of swans passes overhead.
The huge birds, maybe eight of them, fly past in a formation the two letters V, like arrows.
They are huge, appear slow, and-make a creaking noise with their wings.
They are not high up in the air.
A sight to begin the day with passing through the gate, a car coming in the opposite direction stops and the driver too, looks↳ at a pigeon just sitting in the centre of the road.
It will not get up, all the others fly away.
The car moves on, the driver curiously satisfied.
Then another car, a small red car, accelerates with noise.
The bird, startled, flies away.
A pigeon playing chicken.
Dolores and Teacher, both there, waiting for the bus.
Neither of them looked up to watch the swans fly past.
at the station, the smoker with the pig tail.
He is just lighting up his cigarette, gives a nod and a good morning.
He is standing at the very edge of the yellow square marked on the ground, the tiny area reserved for smokers. with an ash tray and a sign is in it's middle .
And coffee at the café, there is a different person serving there today.
On the television, a thin blonde woman with curls in her hair explains yesterdays football results.
There are pictures of dissapointed players in red shirts.
The sound is off, as always.
The train is in on time, and find a place with a small table to continue writing this account.
