wall collapse

It is a cool morning of what promises to be a hot summer's day. The streets are empty, it is just past six o'clock and few people are awake yet, even fewer are on the street.
The early shift will be changing soon, a few police officials are on their way already, coming into work early, not expecting any traffic.
Be careful. A car crash with a police officer on her way to work would be a bad way to start the day.

Later, on the motorway, there is a truck ahead, it is very fast.
It leaves the motorway at Munich airport, perhaps it has to meet a flight. The truck has Luxembourg registration plates.

Shortly after arriving at work, leaving the car parked under the usual tree, the demolition people start to work on the old services building. A machine on tracks, with a huge hydraulic arm and a biting tool at the end of it. It is like a big yellow dinosaur.
It bites its way through the concrete effortlessly, the steel reinforcements look like hairs in the grey rubble.

It will be a noisy day at work today, the floor in the office shaking every now and again as a wall collapses.
