done 2

final fridays at work and at nine a telephone call "Do you have time to go onto the roof of the reactor to take a few pictures?"

"Sure, no problem".

Check the camera, battery? card? Ok. Then finish the morning cup of coffee, visit the sanitary facilities, take the id tag, pick up the bag, and walk across the hall, across the plaza, push the Id into the slot at the turnstile and walk around the reactor to it's north side. There is a red cherry picker parked there, with it's boom going all the way right over the roof of the reactor. Farther on, in a small shed, beside the cooling system, the safety officer waits with his mates. He hands over a safety harness, makes sure all the straps are properly tight, and gives a small talk on safety requirements.

Take the cherry picker all the way to the top of the hight reactor building.

Up there a nest for a hawk has been built.

It has been occupied by pigeons.

Take a picture of a fledgling pigeon in the hawks box.

And then take the pictures of the roof and the view from the roof and of the people on the roof. All of the things that might be needed

This may well be the last job for the reactor in this life.
