As always, awake at five. Realise that there are tubes fixed to the arms, realise that the bodies waste water is flowing out through another, and that there is one supplying water to flush the system.
There are two other men in the room who have been fitted with similar equipment.
Later on the top doctor came by, stared at the patients and made his wise comments.
Afterwards, breakfast was served.
