Patients are not prisoners

A telephone call at the end of the morning, the hospital informs that this patient is required to be in the hospital at six in the morning.

The hospital is in Regensburg. There is no way that the car may be parked anywhere.

That will not work.

The woman then says that there are no choices in the matter. The operating theater will just go unused. Tell her that the appointment was at half past seven originally, this is doable with the train from Landshut.

Tell her that this appointment can be held.

She puts a jingle on the phone, listen to stupid messages and bad music.

The appointment is now at eight thirty.

Think that this is all silly. It was unecessary, and friendliness would have cost her nothing. Patients are not prisoners. 

Resolve that the old appointment will be held anyway. The telephone call may have been a hoax, the name was unintelligible and is now forgotten.
