A long day, starting early, wait outside the house for the artists to arrive with their bus. Clear the snow off the path in front of the house so that people do not slip on it. It is a civic duty in the town to do this. The artists arrive, pack the camera case and the tripod into the grey bus, and drive away.
They drive for a long way, to a town in the north east of Bavaria. They have a piece to set up in a church there. They arrive in the town, and the priest is already waiting. After a short discussion over where to place the piece the tall ceramic figure was brought into the church.
Taking the pictures of the piece takes almost as long as setting it up.
Afterwards, there is a meal in a small guest house at the invitation of the priest. After all of this the journey goes on to a renovated building with a café and a museum. There is a statue of a seated person to be errected there.
Help setting it up, but afterwards it is too dark for any serious photography.
That is sad, but that is how things turn out
