daily sales start. Selling cooked sausages, fried fat and

Dolores is at the bus stop. she is friendly as always, even
though she never says very much. Actually-not a word.
The bus driver takes his money, points to his machine,
says take it yourself- two words- "Selber Nehmen!"
Just ignore that-he expects his customers to reach into
the machine and take out the ticket themselves. Turn and go. He shouts.

Perhaps a stupid business, but the german language
as it is used here is arrogant and rude. The difference
between "Take your ticket!", and 'Here is your ticket?
