Awake. Bathroom. Cat makes noises. shower. Brush teeth.

Automatic waking ritual.

Let the cat in, she rubs her back on legs, chair legs, anything.

Put on the wrong pair of trousers by mistake. the dirty ones.

-correct that, put on the clean ones, the ones for the office-

The streets are bright this morning and but for a man in the bright orange safety clothing, bare at people.
 It is theday for the rubbish bins today, these bins are all standing at the edge of the pavement awaiting collection.

Dolores is at the bus stop, she seems to be happier in the warmer weather, who isn't?

A young woman strides past, along the promenade,

into the sunrise. The sky  reflected in the river, the

arc of the pedestrian bridge is visible in the distance.

The bus driver, takes his money, all is in order

The station forecourt is empty of people; the smoker

is not at his usual place.

The coffee lady at Yorma is slow and effusive, she

is in no hurry and very chatty. The bald young man comes to help,

he is now growing a beard.

Hedgehog is in his corner in the waiting room cafe, he is chatting to a younger woman.
He is animated,

happy,
his face seeming to shine with delight.

Lost in thought, take the wrong granite stairs, and arrive

at the wrong platform. A short panic, every Thing is different, yet everything is the same.
But This is not a problem junst go back down the stairs again, and climb those at platform No. 6.

The train comes in, there is the usual crowd of people who simply cannot wait to board it, they cannot wait untill those disembarking have left the train.

The train drives through the bright, morning.
