The cat has a morning routine now, it alway proffers it's head for scratching. closes its eyes and purrs.

Awake late today, a matter of minutes. Bathroom and clothing, and then out into the street.
It is brighter today, the town is almost deserted. The town gates illuminated. the theater too. And then. at the bus stop the street lights are turned off, leaving vothy but the beginnings of the daylight to illuminate the streets.
At the railway station say good morning to the smoker standing at the ash Gray. He has been there most mornings for. the past years. Cigarettes, conversation, in all weathers
Coffee is served, and paid for with the filled discount card.
And so on out to the train.
The Train that is waiting, for clearance to travel on.
