Cat's face looks up,
and then with one movement, graceful,
she jumps onto the knees and holds her head out to be scratched.
And that at quarter to six in the morning
She lies on her owner's knees
appreciative of the attention.
When cats purr, they are appreciating something.

But really, she wants food too,
She wants to be fed.

So to the fridge, put out some cat food.

Fill the coffee machine, with water and coffee powder
An early cup.

A journey to work to be made.
