some reason, the architect covered the whole

structure in a thick roof, held up by massive concrete beams. A nonsensical structure, a heavy depressing weight over everybody who& inside. There is no upper floor, but looking at the structure.

there could be a skyscraper on top.

A short distance away, there is another such café, but this is on the ground floor of a seven storey building. This cafe and rest area is light and tall,

the doors and windows open onto a patio, there is no sense of the enormous pressure of the building on top.

The difference is made by the

architect.

And a time difference of some

fifty years.
