Fixed the photos, and made a few prints. The colours are good, but the pictures of the jazz group are much too colourful. This is due to the lighting at the venue, a pub whose owner meant well. The bright lights had continuously changing colours of the spectrum, and due to all the modern LED technology the colours were very bright indeed. The pictures are garish, but there is no help for it.
Call the drummer of the band, and take a walk through the sodden town to deliver a few prints. As a reward, get two glasses of dried nettle for infusions. That is interesting, perhaps this will change this coffee drinker to a tea drinker. Urtica are among the other herbs in there, Urtica are nettles. The drummer tells me that they are good for the kidneys. Urticaria is the rash on the skin produced by nettle stings.
It was fun to do the pictures, so a fair exchange is no robbery.
The town is dreary wet and cold, the steady dripping of the water has its own dystopian beauty. At six in the evening on this Palm Sunday there is no one on the streets and the cafés are all closed. It will be dark soon, the small town can gather its strength for the coming week
