Yesterday evening was quite in order. A pleasant jazz evening at the overpriced Italian restaurant, dran two beers which cost as much as three elsewhere. The music was ghood and the company was pleasant.
Later until early at the artists studio discussing the prints to be made for the show. They need to be finished two weeks before the show in order to appear on the invitation.
The young postwoman puts a padded envelope into the mailbox. It contains a plastic push-pull switch. Spend an hour fitting the nearly-compatible component to the historic lamp that had been found in the rubbish tip. Somebody had cut of the plug as well. Replace the plug with one from the electrical junk box. Fit a bulb and try the switch. Fiat lux!
Go to the Thai place for a midday snack. The Tom Yam soup was good today. Then to the drugstore to buy another electrical light bulb, and then to the supermarket to do a bit of shopping.
And then home, and spend two hours making test prints and then making final prints of the small pieces. They are sixty one centimetres by one meter and forty eight in size, printing them takes a certain amount of time.
Go to the pub afterwards and have quiet pint. See the wife make her entrance and decide to leave after the quiet pint. That is the drawback with small towns, there are not many places to go to.
