Downstairs, start to organise the cameras, and to check that everything is still working much as it should. Breakfast eggs and toast are all very well, the coffee is good too. Last night there were strange speeches in the artists studio, and then there was the artist and the writer playing a form of jazz on the piano and the trumpet. At times it was difficult. Discussed the passepartout for framing the picture of the woman playing the bass at the concert. The gallery owner has a tendency towards authoritarianism which is hard to stomach, regardless of whether what he is saying is correct or not or otherwise. Resolve to order a ready cut job on the personal account.
Go out for a short walk in the burnishing blazing sun. Purchase an ice cream, that is very pleasant.
