machine

the noise from the right ear has increased again,
no one can heal that says the doctor
a hiss in the head, can be overheard some of the time,
but always there.
Sunday morning, up early.
eight.
Set up the coffee pot, go to the bathroom, the family is asleep.

No, the young man is awake, barely, tousleheaded, chaotic.
Picks up the cat, holds her like a baby.
then he puts her down again.
The cat stalks off into the big bedroom
He dissapears into his bedroom,
and turns on the computer before dressing,
Sits at it

The inquiry as to what his thoughts on his actons are
is simple, fast and direct,
he is learning latin
Ten finger typing in his vocabulary, memorising words.
The main thing is that he learns something
and if it helps, of course he may use the computer.
Polyglot machines

The sky is blue and clear
We should go out into the bracing cold, the bells, the sunday bakeries, the churchgoers, the life of a small town on Sundayl
