Six bells on Sunday morning, six in the morning, a cool breeze from the open window. The cat responds to a sneeze from an irritated human nose, short cat noises. The cat always does that, when anybody sneezes.
It jumps down from the top of the cabinet, the spot where it likes to rest and sleep.
Off to the kitchen to check the plate for food.
And then return, to rub the small bony head on the barefooted legs under the table in the living room.
The hands write about the cat rubbing it's head on the legs. The hands are on the table, on the computer, the legs and the cat are under the table.
Think about a cup of coffee, decide to get up and make some, as the first cars pass outside.
One bell from the church tower, it is six fifteen.
Six twenty two, return to the table with a cup of coffee. The cup is made of apilco porcelain, white. And the cat has recieved it's food.
The son is up, he looks at the clock on the wall, he is full of sleep.
But he is an early riser too.
