This morning, in the office, turn on thecomputer, the coffeemaker and the scanner. There is a bit of work to do, somebody found negatives dating from 1995, and the y want them all digital, as one says today.
The person orderin al oof this had, as a prime concern, the removal and replacement of the negatives in their holders.
But the principal work is adjusting the scan and removing the dust.
The negatives are not good, they were badly developed in the nineties. The laboratory assistant was only interested in fast tesults in those days, she used an aggressive developing agent which gave results quickly, but she did not take the necessary care in the process.
What of it all, anyway, they are all pictures of people taken twenty five years ago. Some of them are dead now, and all of them have changed.
This is an occupation for the next week or so.
