Now that things are going well again, now that the pain has gone because of the antibiotic, things are slowly getting boring again. Time seems to move faster during sickness, the day is gone in a flash and before you know it night is there.
But it is not here yet.
Putin's failure to take over all of the Ukrainian territory with military force inside few days has failed. Maybe he tried the same method too often. Now there is less news, only the news of continued destruction in the East, where a second attack is feared. There are so many murdered civilians, there is so much destruction, that recovery from this will take more than a generation.
Things are boring now, the inactivity that is necessary for the cure to work completely and effectively. It is only possible to spend the day reading, or doing household work. Other things are not so easily possible. Perhaps it will be possible to go walking again next week.
