The first twentyfour hours after returning home are problematic for this person. There was the early morning attempt to just get up and go, but the difficulty was where to go to. There was no time to really get involved in anything and at the same time to recover from the strain of dragging the heavy bags form the arirport to the train to the taxi and then finally upstairs. It was just a strain, it was difficult.
Everything hurts, age has taken a toll.
The day was spent relaxing, strange headaches and tinnitus taking their toll on the well being, even the Thai soup was unable to reinvigorate anything. The short vistit to the cafe just did not help.
Rested at home and enjoyed the company of the cat.
And now it is two minutes to ten, go out to the local for a beer, and an opportunity to relax again, this can not go on for ever.
