The morning is nearly over and two of the things planned are done. The other two are not done. The dentist and the doctor will have to wait. The chair was repaired, at least it has been glued and clamped. But this should work. An appointment with the motor testing people has been made. Hopefully this will work out in order too., the appointment is for tomorrow. The coffee machine is descaling, that should be done in around twenty minutes.
This afternoon take the artist and the teacher to the art store. It will be the second tour to that establishment this week, it is driven by curiosity as to how two art professionals will work there. That will all take place in an hour, if they are punctual.
The small measurement scale arrived by mail. This is an item made in China, and represents extraordinarily good value. It is a circle with wedges cut out of it, each wedge labeled with it angle in degrees. It is not accurate to the second or anything, but it provides a pleasant simple guide to the work of measuring the sharpening angle of various blades and chisels.
It is now time to empty the coffee machine and to get the car to collect the artist and the teacher.
