like a gaggle

The flags in the square are all at half mast today,

the bavarian blue and white and the german

national flag. Eleven people were murdered

yesterday, in Hanau.

It had nothing to do with hookah pipes.

The cafe, all is early today, the owner

is still getting his things ready for the day.

And students are still moving around

the campus in groups, as they do every

day.

A group comes in

to the cafe, they stand at the counter

making their orders, all

laughing, all happy. A few minutes later they

are all at one of the big tables, with their

little plastic discs with the LED lights on them

placed on the table in front of them.

When the pizzas are ready, these discs

will start to make a beeping sound, or

a little green led will start to flash. That

will be the summons for the people to collect

their pizzas.

They will sound like a gaggle of birds,

all moving off with Their cheeping

devices in search of their food.
