rain + wind

Tuesday, 4th february

There is rain and wind this morning, the

car is blown off course, this requires

correction. This is living, sometimes there is

a gust of wind and it becomes frightening

The german drivers do not appear to like wind,

they find it hard to cope. There are stoppages

on The motorway.

Arrive late for work. in the hallway people

talk about the wind. Their voices are hushed

Later on, it is time for the midday break.

Leave the work in the basement and go out

into the clearing weather, into the sunshine.

There was no need for the jacket,

In the cafeteria there are crowds of

students today, all those budding young

scientists.

And as These notes near completion

today the weather outside changes again,

it gets darker, and it will probably rain.

The jacket was a good idea after all.

But the weather is far too warm for

winter, nobody seems to be worried by

that.
