photos in the dark

The gallery is showing pictures on paper made for aquarelle painting, they have been printed digitally. Some are nice, all have this strange quality, as if they had been painted.

The owner talks, and talks technology, and is dumbfounded when he hears of the exhibition in the reactor building. He wants the show for his gallery. Explain why, though a nice idea, this would be difficult. And there is no chance of anyone coming up for the costs.

Afterwards, the walk by the castle and over the bluffs around the town in the growing darkness. Watching all the lights of the town come on is a novelty, it is nice to see this. Take a picture of a cyclist coming up the path.

It is a steep path named after a Hungarian hero. The picture would be better in black and white.

Later, down by the river, another view, another cyclist, and this one is better in colour.

But it is dark, and the camera can only do it's best. Cyclist by the Isar.
