Egg yolk on buttered toast, let us just hope that this is not an unhealthy combination. And if it is, then this is too bad, the body has had worse things to deal with. The day starts late now, as every day does. This is both an advantage and a disadvantage of retirement, the morning atmosphere is missing from the rest of the day and everything seems to be running late.
But now that is tomorrows worry, there are things that have to be done today to try and keep the rest of the day flowing as wished. There is to be a visit to the supermarket, a visit to the café, and then the rest of the day. There is a dirty old vacuum cleaner to fix and a wall to scrape. There are so many things to do. And nothing gets done at all.
A picture was done yesterday, a wished for photo has been realised. It did not turn out as planned, but not so many things in life do.
