Today, wake in a warm bed. The heating in the small back room works well, and there are too many covers on the bed for comfort. Toss the top cover and the blanket on the floor, and continue to try to sleep. The last sleep stoppage was at four this morning, and now it is eight.
Sleep came, and the time is half past ten. That was too much of a good thing, it would have been nicer to just sleep through the hour of four this morning.
Make breakfast, read the news. Have a pleasant warm shower in the upstairs bathroom, nearly forget to take the pills. But take them, there are only five at the moment. Stay in the shop and the back room a while longer, and then leave for the Neustadt. Go to the lawyers place and knock on the door. A helpful young woman answers the door, listens to the problem and then goes away. She returns and hands over a card with the advice to telephone tomorrow morning.
Take a walk around town for an hour, admiring the sights. Perhaps it would be advisable to take a longer walk during the coming days.
