The night was as unpleasant as meanwhile always last night. Can make no sense of it at all, Last nights meal was a lovely event, despite not being able to drink anything but a bottle of water. It is always shameful that the people have very expensive water in the restaurants. Their argument is that they have to make a living. This place was run by a very pleasant Italian family.
Took a glass of beer in the pub. That was somehow not nice at all. Even though the bartender knew the name and was very friendly. She is very pleasant, though to slow for some of the customers. A man stinking of smoke took a place at the bar, and that was the end of the night. He stank as if he had spent time in a smoking cabinet for meat, a cabinet that had been accidentaly charged with tobacco leaves.
Today spent time with the cat, this was pleasant. Most of the morning went with one thing and another.
Outside, the street light just went on, at four minutes past five in the evening. It is projecting an image of the window struts across the floor and up the wall in the darkening shop. Earlier in the day a train excursion was made to Mühldorf, this was pleasant. The railway station is well outside the town, the old part of which is down in the valley. It is a town typical for that area of the river Inn. Took a seat in a café there and was subjected to a rant almost half an hour in length from the next table. A younger man of about forty five kept up an almost impossible one sided conversation with an older man in a voice that sounded as if it was driven by very high air pressure, a sort of verbal high pitched siren. He kept it up continuously. The coffee and cake was a waste of money, there was no relaxation with that complaining monologue. But that was earlier today.
The street light in the downstairs shop that is now home will shine on until the light goes out in the morning.
On the train trip back from Mühldorf noticed that many of the young people were decorated with spiders webs in black ink and stars upon their faces. It must be Halloween tonight.
