pictures on boxing day

There are sounds of music from the church, they have a visiting choir.
It is boxing day.
Walk through the damp streets with the small camera, recently bought, then sent for repairs, now is the time to practice. New equipment needs practice, small knobs in different places.
Cross the river using the pedestrian bridge, the wire railings of which are filled with padlocks, some expressing undying love, others just hanging there. Every few years the town council workers remove them, but they come back.

In the park in front of a villa there is a rusty metal sculpture.
Take a picture .
Why not.
The big church in the background.
Boring.
Take another of a couple walking their dog, taking it to the centre of the lawn, throw a stick, let the dog fetch, then kiss each other.
Miss the instant, the picture is not good enough.
A picture of a window dummy, a man walks past.
A picture of people at a christmas tree, the tree decorated with golden balls.

Go home again, this was enough practice for the day.
