in the big hall of the reactor. They are all wearing orange jumpsuits.
The mobile crane in the big hall needs to be repaired. and they are rattling the chains through their pulleys, and the beam of the big crane is lowered slowly onto the cradle prepared for it. It is going down so slowly that it is impossible to see it move, but if you look away for a minute and then look back you will see that it is lower than it was.
Take pictures of the men working. And when the great metal Thing has been lowered onto its cradle the one man explains the material being used to replace the worn parts.
When the steel plate has been rolled in the steel works, each sheet recieves a number.
Each sheet is tested • Each sheet is
numbered. The numbers are logged.
The parts for the machine are cut from the sheet, each part is numbered. And written into the log. All of the engineers charged with inspection sign the log.
This is atomic science, and mistakes,
faulty materials, undisclosed origins are
verboten
