There is a small picture on the  computer, a stamp

designed as a vanity  stamp for a punk rock band to decorate some postcards that it had made

to advertise itself. One of the members of this part-time            band comes into the office,

he wants the stamp                             printed on self adhesive vinyl.

Find the file on the computer, not so easy, and save it'into a print                      able file format. Put the file into

the printer's hot folder and watch as it dissapears, get up, leave the office, forget to put on the required mask, go back into the office, hook the mask over the ears and leave the office again. Lock the door.

go along the long corridor, passing all of the other offices with their open doors.

Some people turn to see who is passing, others do not.

At the end of the corridor there is a stairway on the left hand side, go downstairs, and walk along a second corridor. There are people singing in the labs here, young

people enjoying their work. Stop at the doorway numbered one seven two five.

Press the button on the black door remote until the lock squeaks. This is the room with the big printer. The file is in the local computer

now, in the rip-software, waiting to be processed

Make the adjustments, put vinyl, 

(self-adhesive), into the printer's take-up roll, and print    thirty six vanity stamps.
