It is nasty a nasty feeling when an illness will not go away, and gives the impression that it is there to stay. An unwanted guest, a guest who takes his host so for granted that and causes pain in the normal run of the day.
That guest appears to be leaving, and it may be possible to take of on a walk again sometime soon. Why did the man with his endoscope have to be so careless?
It was just bad luck.
Bad luck that has left this patient nearly housebound for the last two weeks.
