The cat placed herself in front of the closed door and looked upwards at the handle. Her face is an isoceles, with the two eyes and the mouth at the corners. At those corners with the eyes there are the ears, also directed towards the handle. The whiskers spread on either side of the snout, which contains the mouth. The eyes are large and focussed.
Open the door, she is out like a shot, like a stone in a catapult.
Cats are fast, even though they spend most of their time sleeping.
This fine day, Ascension day, is the day of that old photographers birthday in Munich. There is an invitation to go to the party, but is it worthwhile going there in the knowledge that he will spent all of the time talking about himself, his family, his opinions and his superior views on photography. This is all very well, but all that he does these days is make snapshots of grinning people staring at the camera.
