The watch shows that it is three in the morning, the sky is lightening already. Sleepiness is the main feeling now, do not question the watch and what it displays. 

Downstairs, make the decision to go upstairs again, to lie down and sleep for another hour or more.

Awake to a cacophony of birdsong, there is one pigeon making repeated noises, perhaps these are loud coos, which are really annoying. For the pigeon is the loudest of them all, the remainder are just in the background. But they are lively and interesting in contrast to the pigeons boring coo.

The watch had become maladjusted, that is what had happened, It t must have stopped during yesterday at some stage. Perhaps during the time it was on the counter in the bathroom. This is too bad, and it is easily fixed.

In the course of the day the birds outside become quiter, and the maddening pigeon shuts up completely.

It will be time soon to take another walk, perhaps to visit the plant shop, to replace some of those plants on the balcony which have died during the winter. They had been bought as dried-out wrecks in the discount store, and they did not have the strength to survive the winter.
