Recovery from things is slow, but today starts well just trying to organise the remains of the journey to France. The washing machine is empty, and filled again, the clothes from the dryer sorted and ready for further treatment.
The plan to try out the camera equipment today has not worked because it is raining all day with nothing but short intermissions. Work on the pictures taken in France. There are not many, but still it all takes time.
The wife says that she has been infected with covid. This is a serious thing, she caught it from her father who is in hospital for the same reason. She is snuffling and sniffing and has a hoarse voice. Go shopping and bring back a few things that she asks for. Try to keep a safe distance, but who knows what a safe distance is.
There is a special offer on the web for an important piece of camera equipment. There is no point in refusing the chance, the dreams have been turned down often enough. The offer is an improvement, but still the sum is large.
