tinfoil shade

Again, disturbed sleep, lei awake wondering and then sleep too long.

Up at eleven, then there is breakfast, then there is a telephone call from the artist, he needs help. Then there is the expected call from the doctor, she tells me that the examinations of the blood showed no anomaly and that all is well. She has some instructions as to taking medicine and she gives some advice as to taking exercise.

Drive the car to the artist's studio and load the items for the exhibition. There are other people there as well, they all help. There are two cars and together the things are driven to the gallery in the town hall. It is to be a small exhibition, one that is to remind the people of the evils of the Nazi government. It is a worthwhile cause.

Stay working all afternoon, the exhibition starts on Thursday.

Afterwards an evening meal is taken in the artist's studio.  That is pleasant. Put some tinfoil over one of the lamps as a temporary shade, this makes the lighting very much more pleasant. Talk about things in general, then take the artist home and start the search for a parkings spot.

Today is amazingly lucky, there is no difficulty at all in finding a suitable space. It is not so far from home.

At home, feed the cat and write these notes.
