dull day

 Now it is February the first. It was fine to get up in the morning, have breakfast, to take in the doctors pills and all the reccomended vitamins. Breakfast was nice too, all is well.

Researched the possible problems with the new printer on the computer, it is all terribly interesting. 

There is a short mail from the Argentine, he would appreciate some help sorting through his boxes. Put him off until half past two.

Walked about town for a while.

Then go to the gallery, but discover that there is no one there. Well, so much for that. Return home and research a little bit further. It is all still interesting, the costs for materials can be immense if you are careless.

At the Argentines place accompany him down to his cellar. There are all the heavy boxes full of books, and somewhere underneath them all is the box that he needs. Help the man to tidy his things, and lift down the heavy boxes which he can no longer raise. He will have much work to tidy all of those things, but that is work that he must do himself. The work takes two and a half hours, all in all.

After all is done the Argentine gives an invitation to lunch. This is very pleasant. There is a strange beer there which has a taste that is reminiscent of a pine forest.

And then go home, and continue reading the manual for the printer.

Have a telephone call with the son, that is fun. It is good to hear that he is doing well
