The grey weekend is gone and now the sun is shining outside. The son is awake, but there are no appointments for him today. He may sleep on, and prepare for tomorrow's examinations later. Remember that today is the day to try and deal with the car's exhaust pipe. The new part was delivered last Friday, and there is no point in delaying the installation. The only problem is finding a repair shop that will have time do the work.
The cat after being loving and friendly this morning rewarded the early breakfast by vomiting on the floor. Why do cats do that? Why does this cat do that? It is important to look upon the brighter side of things. There are memories of cleaning computer keyboards, these memories from a similar episode in the past.
The wife comes into the sitting room and looks at the clock. Without a further word, she returns to the bedroom.
Family life is dreary. Try to remember the brighter side of things, and nothing will materialise but for the sad stories of international politics, now entering their most feared and violent phase.
