pilot

Pain is an easy thing to talk about, and this morning walking is difficult. The cause is a very long walk yesterday, a very pleasant walk.

But very long. At the end of the days adventure the app on the 'phone said that thirty-eight kilometres had been covered, and for a person in a poor state of training that is quite a lot. And  that is the reason for the muscular and  joint pains today. Perhaps age has something to do with it as well.

The mornings are hot now, the weather has turned hot all of a sudden. There is the sound of private aircraft outside, all of the weekend pilots are underway. There is a memorial cross beside the way near Niederaichbach where a French pilot crashed with  his Mirage in 1988. He was certainly no weekend pilot.

Today is a day to get rid of the aches and pains and in the evening to visit a gallery to view an exhibition.
