the bay be blue

 A clear day and a beautiful view out over the bay, the water is dead still and smooth like a mirror. The distant mountains reflect brown and the sky's blue colours the remainder of the surface. It is mercurial in two ways, for a short while later there is a regular stippling of wavelets over the surface. Now the water is all blue and grey. There are reefs of dark green seaweed showing up everywhere because of the low tide.

That is the view this morning.

There is to be a walk now.
