Last nights party is today's work, it was hard to get out of bed and it is no easier to stay out of bed. Ita was a good party with nice music, some of it professional and some less so.
The pictures are a little dissapointing, there is a general feeling of slackness about them. It was less of a challenbe than the pictures taken by candlelight on Christmas Day.
There is the sound of explosions outside, people are disposing of their leftover fireworks illegally, but nonetheless efficiently. The use of fireworks in the town is illegal now, but people seem to have a hard time getting rid of their old habits.
Turn on the radio, and to the beat of Cajun dance music start work through a set of pictures of the last nights blues musicians and their guests.
