The sickness and the cold remain, still, on the positive side of things, there is no hangover. It is just the snivels. The kitchen has been cleaned for the first time in a long time. Make breakfast and go back upstairs into the warm little room. The heater heats the room quite happily now that the walls have warmed, the whole situation is easier for the small machine to manage. Also, the atmosphere in theh room is more pleasant now.
But the cold and the snivels are horrible, a small dizziness and pressure in the temples. It is hard to know whether or not this is an aftermath of the anti-covid booster shot or some other thing.
The lithium-ion battery for the camera has arrived, but unfortunately it is the wrong type. It does not fit. This will mean extra work on Monday attempting to return it. Returning it should be no problem, it is just a troublesome thing that is not necessary.
Go out at midday to meet up for the social gathering in the pub. Two cups of coffee, listen to all the old people go on. Be one of them, even though they were all born here and are proud of having spent their lives here.
