Got up excessively early today, today the day of the dentist appointment to have those stitches on the gum removed. Have breakfast early, the coffee had already been ground the night before. It was possible to get the work done without being too noisy. The kitchen was a mess, this is a situation that will need to be changed somehow.
It is not so cold today, it is still wet, but the air is warmer. That is promising, the cold spell during the last week was very depressing. It was a harbinger of the hard times to be expected in the winter.
The dentist removed the stitches, there were no problems at all. It went well without an anaesthetic, the injection would have hurt more than the threads being pulled.
Take a short walk through town and have a cup of coffee. Then return and deal with a few more of the wedding pictures. The record of the nieces wedding is really a horrible job.
In the middle of the afternoon start to clean up the kitchen. Trying to clean the worktops of their ingrained fat. Since they are all wooden, it is not possible just to wipe off the surface. Tidy up things, fill the dishwasher, clean up the stove.
Finish by wiping up the floor.
Return to the work of sorting those pictures, there really are far too many of them.
