 woke very early, and the feline concert was in full swing. The cat wants her breakfast, she demands it.

Get up, and put a few bits of her food on the plate. She picks up the food and places it beside the plate and eats it there. She is a messy eater.
Make a cup of coffee, then realise that the head is spinning and that there is no way that anything will work without more sleep. Take to the bed again, for an hour and a half.

Wake again, strangely refreshed. There were a few strange dreams, that is the first time for quite some time that there was an awareness of this after waking. The content of the dreams was elusive, and became even more elusive as time progressed.

Made breakfast and fed the cat again. Read the news, wonder what on earth the president of the USA is up to. It is not easy to make sense of it or to find any kind of clear reason behind all of this warmongering. Petrol and gas will become a bit more expensive now.

Start to do small things to clean the flat and the house. There is little enthusiasm for the work. Bring the bedclothes upstairs to the washing machine. The washing machine is now over full, but hopefully it will work.

Wash the floor in the shop, clean the small kitchen. All these things need to be done.

Later discover that the spin dryer on the washing machine has refused to spin the overload machine. Divide the load and try to spin it again. The machine spends a long time making up its mind, and after about half an hour it spins the bedclothes properly.

They will be dry in an hour.

Earlier in the day the parcel delivery service had left a parcel for a neighbour. Take the parcel now , go to the neighbours house, press the doorbell and hold the package up to the camera. Walk into the house, and hand over the package. A good deed for the day.

Make a bowl of ramen soup. Understand why the word mild was written on the package. It is almost insipid.

It is now five in the evening. Let us see what the rest of the day will bring.
