At nine minutes into the day started on today's Wordle puzzle in the New York Times after noting that America expects payment and assets from the rest of the world to clear up the mess that it has produced. At some stage there will be an end to fealty. The puzzle was not really difficult, there are a limited number of five letter words in the language and at some stage they will all be off by heart.
Ten minutes later there is a bicycle headlight visible in the door to the shop, and the artist and his friend show up for a morning visit, or a pre bedtime visit, or whatever you may choose to name it.
Reset the visiting card for the artist, everybody has ideas, and it takes an hour to finish the work to the artist's satisfaction. Then another chat, and then he and she take their bicycles home.
Finish the world, as always it is a simple word.
Go to bed, go to sleep, and wake up early, as always.
Make breakfast, and put on clothes and take the pills. Read the rest of the news, and then start to feel icy cold. it is warm enough in the room, but that does not stop the shivering. Go to bed, hide under the blankets for an hour until the icy cold has dissipated.
After a long rest, and feeling warmer again, finish the order for the visiting cards and place it online.
At midday, a religious procession passes by outside, complete with flags and a small brass band. It is an unreal crowd, consisting of mainly older persons. It is a little bit unreal, all the flags and candles and formal costumery.
It is time to go for a walk, now that the calculations for the postcards that are to be produced have been done.
