It was strange today, waking at eight in the morning making breakfast, eating it and reading some news, and then just falling straight back to sleep. Having been up until almost three in the morning helping the artist work on a figure, a certain sleepiness is to be expected. But this was different, slept deeply until midday, that is almost four hours extra. A long and deep sleep. What was strange was that the coldness in the legs was not there today. It may stay away, there is no use for it. It was all pleasant enough despite th guilt of having wasted half a day.
Go out to the shops, and then have a cup of coffee in the cafe. A man with a very loud voice comes in complaining that he had been fined for parking without a ticket. He had heard somewhere that electrical car may park fo an hour for free, and was infuriated that he had received a ticket. The salesperson wishes him luck. When he has gone she rolls her eyes.
The day is spent sorting things and studying the operating system of the printer. There is one thing that had been overlooked. That may have been the cause of some trouble.
In the evening the son comes in for a chat. That is very pleasant.
Now it is early evening, hopefully tonight will not be quite as late.
