head on

Slept well, a summers sleep with fresh clean air blowing in through the windows. Birdsong outside, church bells ringing, it is all there.

There is the sound of the firebrigades and ambulances heading out on a mission, They seem to be heading in the Vilsbiburg direction. It is about half past six.

Feed the cat and shower, and then breakfast. Then put on day clothes and make up the bed.

In that order.

Read the news. Trump seems to be making up the rules again, or at least he is attempting to. His tenants must have a hard time keeping up. There is unclear news from Ukraine,  and the german coalition government is having problems. That is all much the same as yesterday.

Settle down to read a book. that book  which was given to me by the collector.

Later on, there is the news on the radio. At the end of the major part of the news there was a report on a road accident this morning, between Landshut and Vilsbiburg. There were two fatalities, a young child of eight survived a head on collision between two vehicles at around six thirty in the morning.

That must have been what the noise from the emergency services had been so early this morning.
